The garden barn has, in addition to its private garden, a terrace (facing south) which overlooks the swimming pool. It has two bedrooms, Jardins d'Eyrignac and Jardins de Marqueyssac on the first floor. The volumes of the barn being more classical, the gîte is equipped with air conditioning in summer and heating by heat pump in the middle season.
